It's uncanny!
My guess is the Guniness can, being all carefully shrouded in black, and affixed on the weather machine, has something to do with gathering sunshine. But it has no wires to give data, so that is probably not it.
The chimney cans. Hmmmm. Dunno.

I just can't hazard a guess.
Planters! Chuckbert is going to plant veggies or flowers in the paint cans!
