Baby, it's cold outside!
I had to replace the water in the birds' ice skating rink this morning.

It's cold here, too! When I left home this morning it was -4! The Lab home page says that it's 13 right now (12:15). The best investment I've made for the horses is a floating water heater in their water tank...if not, I would have had to chisel about 4" of ice this morning. Whew! Stay inside!!!
