Very nice. You need to give the back story, though.
It was purchased in 1993 at Indian Market and has a 3rd place ribbon. Dzinats 'Ituwits'a I'm guessing is the artists name which translated is Wanda Aragon and the cloud symbol is her signature.
It's handshaped and handpainted using natural earth clay and paints.
