It's really a nice piece. And who was the artist? And where does it "live"?
I don't think this one counts as "art." It was probably made by cheap labor in some small country. There were other sizes to choose from. It's a fun turtle to have.
It sits under the little table by the front door.
He's a guard turtle. He guards the front door and entry way closet door from bumping into the little table.
